Mateusz Smoczyński Trio

Mateusz Smoczyński leads his own quintet, featuring some of Poland’s most celebrated jazz musicians, including pianist Jan Smoczyński, guitarist Konrad Zemler, double-bassist Wojciech Pulcyn with Michał Miśkiewicz on drums. The quintet has released three records: Inspirations, Expressions and Berek, with the latter being nominated for the 2017 Fryderyk phonographic award as the Best Jazz Album of the Year. www.smoczynski.pl
